How much is shipping, and where do you ship?
Flat $4.99 per order, to all 50 US states plus PO boxes and APO/FPO military addresses. We don't ship internationally yet.
How long until it arrives?
Your journal is made to order. Production takes 3–7 business days, then US delivery takes another 3–7 business days. Most orders arrive within 6–14 business days. You get a tracking email as soon as it ships.
Can I return it?
Because every journal is printed just for you, we can't accept returns for a change of mind. If it arrives damaged, misprinted or lost, we replace it free of charge, and you don't need to send anything back. Contact us within 30 days.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders move into production quickly. Email us with your order number as soon as you can. If printing hasn't started we cancel and refund in full.
What if my order is delayed?
If we can't ship within 30 days, we email you a revised date. You can accept it or cancel for a full refund.
